Job Description
We are a Sustainability and ESG Advisory firm based in Qatar, dedicated to helping organizations navigate the transition to a sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist with a deep network within the Qatari market to drive our growth.
In this role, you will be the face of our firm, meeting clients onsite, building strategic relationships, and promoting our advisory services to government entities, private corporations, and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
● Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Qatari market, focusing on sectors relevant to ESG (Energy, Construction, Finance, Manufacturing).
● Client Meetings: Conduct frequent onsite visits and face-to-face meetings to present our advisory services. (High travel frequency within Doha).
● Proposal Management: Draft and present commercial proposals, tenders, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
● Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
2. Marketing & Brand Positioning
● Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Qatar’s sustainability landscape.
● Networking: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings in Doha.
● Digital Presence: Manage the firm's LinkedIn presence and assist in creating localized marketing collateral (brochures, presentations).

Requirements
1. Essential Criteria
● Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Marketing within the State of Qatar.
● Mobility (Mandatory): Must possess a valid Qatari Driving License and own a reliable vehicle. This role requires daily travel to client sites.
● Local Knowledge: demonstrated understanding of the Qatari business culture, corporate etiquette, and local market dynamics.
● Language Skills: specific fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).

● Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
● Basic understanding of Sustainability, ESG, or Consulting services (highly preferred).
● Ability to work independently and manage a schedule of site visits efficiently.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
